Questions we get asked
Can I bring in my existing clients and estates?
Yes. Download our Excel template or upload your own sheet; AccessPro matches the columns, shows you every row before saving, and skips anyone already in the system.
Will emails come from AccessPro or from my company?
From your company. Out of the box they carry your name and reply to your address. Add your own email server (Google Workspace, Zoho, cPanel) and they come from your domain too.
Can my partners see each other's clients?
No. A partner sees only their own clients, sales and commission. You decide what staff can see with roles and permissions.
Can I use my own web address?
Every company gets its own sub-domain. On Enterprise you can use your own domain, for example portal.yourcompany.com, for your team and your buyers.
What happens when the trial ends?
Pick a plan and pay by card, transfer or USSD through Paystack. If you don't, your data stays safe and you can still sign in to pay; nothing is deleted.
Is my data backed up and can I take it with me?
Yes. Backups run every week and you can download a full copy of your data, or export any list to Excel, whenever you like.
