Billing questions
How do I pay?
From Settings → Plan & billing. Paystack takes card, bank transfer and USSD. Card payments can renew automatically; transfers renew when you pay again.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, any time. The new plan starts when you pay for it.
What if a payment fails?
You get a few days' grace and an email. If it is still unpaid, your workspace pauses but nothing is deleted; you can sign in and pay to continue.
Do you offer annual or group pricing?
